Jodee Merrill Smith,M.A.
Jodee likes to call herself an " Inner Gardening Coach" because she helps people grow and weed out what no longer serves them in their inner gardens and in their lives. Then they can cultivate the beautiful flowers wanting to grow and allow the soul seed to sprout, the essence of who we are as spiritual beings. She also loves to assist others to uncover the inner child and re-parent, appreciate and love her or him. Among the tools for inner gardening she offers are practical wisdom, expressive arts, guided imagery and journaling. She teaches a process of cultivating self acceptance and compassion and releasing beliefs that hinder this.
